How to downgrade the CSS update and get back on TxA:
1. Open main window for Steam. Click on Library at the top.
2. Find "Counter Strike Source" on left side list of games.
3. Right click on "Counter Strike Source" and click on Properties.
4. On left side, click on "Betas".
5. At the top, to the right of where it says "Beta Participation", click on drop-down menu and select "previous build.
